Eligibility
The Atmos Energy SmartChoice Marketplace makes the purchase of energy-saving products and services easy by applying rebate instantly during checkout and providing online access to past purchase rebates for eligible products. Rebates are available for eligible equipment for Atmos Energy residential customers with gas heating in Mississippi and Louisiana while funds are available.
The rebate are automatically applied at checkout. The customer will have their eligibility verified prior to the checkout process.
Atmos Energy provides rebate on energy-efficient products to help their customers save energy and live comfortably. Customers receive these rebate through two options:
- Past Purchase Rebates – Rebates provided for qualifying equipment
- ENERGY STAR®-certified gas dryers
- ENERGY STAR-certified gas furnaces
- Smart thermostats
- Storage tank water heaters
- Tankless water heaters
- Buy Now – online purchase only
- Smart thermostats
Ordering
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
Typically, Buy Now purchases are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed on the portal. Most shipments arrive 5 to 7 days after they are shipped.

All credit card and payment information is processed through the secure payment processing software Stripe. Credit card information is not stored or visible to our customer service representatives.
Since sales and promotions have strict dates set by the manufacturer, our company policy does not allow us to price match orders placed before or after the advertised sale period. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returns
If you purchase a qualifying product through the Atmos Energy SmartChoice Marketplace you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] or 877.616.6267 for assistance.
Cancelations and modifications are not currently available. However, you may request a return after receiving the product.
You will receive your refund two weeks after we have received your product(s).
Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble validating the address you entered, this issue can occur for a few reasons:
- The utility account may be too new and not yet reflected in our system.
- There may be slight discrepancies in how certain streets or cities are recorded (especially in areas with recent development or boundary changes).
- If your address does not auto-populate in the dropdown, continue to type your address, including apartment or city until it appears. If more help is needed, contact our team at [email protected] or by calling 877.616.6267.
- If you recently moved or opened a new account, please allow 24 hours for the system to update.

Order Information
You can view your order information in the order confirmation email or in My profile > My Orders.
The tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email or in My profile > My Orders.
Typically, products are shipped within two to five business days after the order is placed. Shipping dates cannot be adjusted.
About Us
CLEAResult, an approved contractor for Atmos Energy, manages this program. Eligible customers must be served by Atmos Energy and located in the Atmos Energy service area.
